Seeing this theme resonates deeply as I continue to transition from classroom theory into hands-on practice.

Getting out into the field, working with valuation equipment, and understanding the real-world metrics of property markets has highlighted exactly why rigorous valuation standards are the backbone of investor confidence and national growth. Valuers are quite literally the gatekeepers to realizing our economic potential.

I am incredibly proud to be on the path toward becoming a registered valuer, and a special shout out to some of the great Estate Surveyor And Valuer I met at the walk today, For example TOKUNBO AKINHANMI_M.Sc, CeMAP, MNIVS,RSV who have contributed and ensured that’s today was a great success and is gradually shaping me into a proper and sound Professional in the field with his vast experience, I want to use this opportunity to say thank you sir.
