Orientation program undergraduate students of estate management department at Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos
On Tuesday May 12th, 2026 I was privileged and opportune to be one of the 3 invited guest speakers at the orientation program held for new undergraduate students of estate management department at Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos
The theme of the program was “Estate Management and Valuation: Beyond the buying and selling of properties”.
The theme was quite appropriate and to emphasize the notion that estate surveyors are not just agents but much more and involved in shaping cities, creating wealth, solving land problems, advising governments and influencing economic growth.
Grateful for the opportunity to influence future estate surveyors and valuers.
